After our discussion, we'll create a custom proposal tailored to your event details. 

 If  you decide to move forward, we'll send you a contract that outlines all the event décor details along with the pricing. Payment options will follow.

We accept various payment types, including credit cards, cash,  Zelle, and checks.

• A 25% deposit is required to secure your party date.
• The full project payment must be paid two weeks prior to the execution day.
• We offer flexible payment plans, allowing you to divide the total cost into two or three installments.
• If an order is placed less than two weeks before the event, rush fee may apply to cover expedited delivery of materials needed to prepare for your event.

Ones the payment is complete, sit back and relax! We will contact the venue and organize the logistics to ensure we arrive on time with plenty of time for setup. We will keep you updated with the messages as we approach your event date, letting you know how everything is progressing.
